A gondola suspended platform is an electrically operated work platform suspended from the rooftop of a building, commonly used for facade cleaning, painting, maintenance, and window installation on high-rise structures.
Unlike fixed scaffolding, a gondola platform is suspended from above and can be raised or lowered to any floor level. It is faster to deploy, requires less material, and provides access to the entire building facade.
Boltrack gondola platforms have rated capacities from 500 kg to 1000 kg, comfortably accommodating 2-4 workers with equipment for facade maintenance operations.
Gondola platforms should not be operated in wind speeds exceeding 40 km/h. Each platform is equipped with wind speed indicators and safety protocols must be followed for weather-related work stoppages.
